About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience by consistently executing recipes and presentation standards. ServSafe preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and plated with attention to detail.
  • Assist with receiving and storing inventory.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Adapt to changing menu items and kitchen demands as needed.
