Requirements

One year of experience as a prep or line cook in contemporary, Chef driven restaurant
A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation
Basic knife skills and ability to work in a clean and organized manner
Have a positive attitude and work well in teams
Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
Have a flexible schedule and open availability
