Requirements

• Experience in back of house preparation and cooking.
• Ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role.
• Culinary school education or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and food storage.
