About The Position

The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares cold and hot products.
  • Must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques.
  • Controls product availability as the shift starts.
  • Ensure walk in cooler is clean, with updated labels.
  • Using label machine to ensure food is labeled properly.
  • Thawing frozen products.
  • Removing all trash.
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
