We are currently seeking a motivated Prep Cook to join our dynamic and professional culinary team. The ideal prep cook candidate will: Assist in preparation of all types of food items while following recipes Work as a team player Assist in cleaning the whole kitchen area, kitchen equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and storage area Advise supervisor of kitchen equipment repair or replacement Properly utilize, store, and label cooked food and food items Check computer printout for menu amounts and recipes. Report any discrepancies to supervisor. Submit food usage report to supervisor. Any other related kitchen duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

Prior experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel that is culinary and hospitality driven
