Job Details Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. Requirements

2+ years of kitchen experience
Open availability
Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary skills and cooking techniques
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food items.
Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, dressings, and marinades.
Label and store food prep properly to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage.
Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
