Part Time Cafe Prep Cook
About The Position
Nu3s is opening this February—and we’re hiring a skilled Prep Cook to help us launch from the ground up! This is a startup role part-time role starting in February. You’ll prep and cook meals, support kitchen operations, and help shape the guest experience at our brand-new Market Café. You’ll work across every station—prep, line, dish, inventory, and cleanup—helping build a smooth, efficient kitchen operation for our grand opening. Why Nu3s? Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or in a busy kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
- Ability to follow recipes and multitask under pressure
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, afternoon, weekends, holidays)
- Team player with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals following company recipes
- Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations including dishwashing and deliveries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service
- Resolve food-related issues and maintain quality control
- Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed
