Summary The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food and menu items to meet service standards, including preparation, portioning, and plating. They support preparing a variety of food products utilizing different equipment, such as breads, pastries, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and stocks. If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and are dedicated to your craft, we want you. The Seasonal Prep Cook joins the team for six months or less on a seasonal basis during a predefined time period based on the seasonal nature of the business, hours vary depending upon workload demand and other business needs. We're hiring for the Summer season, which runs from May to August.
