Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education or training is a plus
  • Passion for food and eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards learning and development

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs
  • Follow recipes and ensure adherence to quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • Learn and develop essential culinary techniques and skills
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
