About The Position
We are looking for a Prep Cook to join our team at The Saint! The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.
Requirements
- Must have Food Handler Safety Card.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality of food items.
- Assisting kitchen with all food preparation.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- Monitor and check daily food logs.
- Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
- Check in delivers correctly and check for spoilage.
- Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
- Must be able to multitask and complete prep lists in a timely manner.
