About The Position

Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas. Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking. Requirements

Must have prior experience as a prep cook.
Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.
Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
Must showcase great organizational skills.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
Must carry a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Prepare food items, equipment, and ingredients needed for smooth station operation
Follow recipe standards and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality
Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation and side work
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in all work areas
Keep prep tables, counters, refrigeration units, and storage areas clean and organized
Report any issues or discrepancies to the Sous Chef/Chef promptly
Complete all closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
Support other back-of-house positions as needed for a seamless guest experience
