We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Prep Cooks to help set the foundation for a smooth, high-quality kitchen operation from day one. Requirements

- Understanding of safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Calm, respectful, and problem-solving attitude
- Valid Food Handler’s Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food prep, inventory, or stocking—but the right attitude and curiosity matter most
Responsibilities
- Prepping ingredients and maintaining organized, ready-to-go stations
- Supporting the kitchen team across prep, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
- Ensuring all food is handled safely and workstations remain clean and organized
- Collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
