We're looking for professional, detail-oriented Pantry team members who are excited to learn our systems and develop in our culture. Day in the Life:? Responsible for preparing and plating cold food items with precision Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts. Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and presentation Thrives in a high-pressure environment Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to the team and guests Operate under our standard operating procedures and core values Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas Mark, date, and rotate all products Maintain production and cleaning schedules Remains organized and maintains a neat, organized workspace Strong communication skills Accept direction from Management? Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures?
