This position is responsible for production, portioning and plating cold food items for room service. Responsibilities include cutting vegetables, hydrating greens, slicing meats, preparing emulsified and gelatin salads. This position sets up and maintains the cold food deli on the room service line and works the line during peak meal hours. Responsible for maintaining the cold food tool and assisting with cold food prep for special functions or retails areas as assigned.
