Duties include but are not limited to: Prepares food items as directed by the Chef. Assists the Chef and kitchen staff in everyday food preparation. Maintains a clean and safe work station according to the standards set by the Resort, including walk in coolers and storage areas. Responsible for ensuring good safety and health practices throughout the culinary department, including emergency and security procedures. Remains current on all Resort policies and procedures. Maintains a proper and professional relation with all Resort staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
  • 1 to 3 years working in a restaurant operation as a cook or cooks helper.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
  • Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
