JOB SUMMARY: $17.00 an hour. With a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude. Prepares food items for the employee dining room ensuring all specifications and standards are met. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times. Ensures venue product surprises and delights the guests. Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders. Prepares food and cooks food for guests. Complete all pre-shift work and break down stations after close following the guidelines of the open/close checklist. Other duties as assigned.
