Responsibilities

Uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
Masterfully prep both cold and hot food items, adhering to precise preparation guidelines.
Follow strict food safety protocols.
Skillfully operate food preparation equipment, ensuring each step is followed with precision.
Manage cold prep equipment such as fit-wash and robot coupe.
Maintain immaculate, food-safe prep stations throughout your shift.
Efficiently set up and dismantle food preparation areas, keeping prep equipment organized and sanitary.
Facilitate clear communication between kitchen leadership and various kitchen zones to gauge and fulfill prep needs.
Ensure consistent stocking of all areas.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our evolving seasonal menus and its components.
Properly store received orders.
