About The Position

As a Prep Cook, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our kitchen running smoothly. From slicing and dicing to setting up stations, you’ll help create the fresh, flavorful dishes that keep our guests in a permanent state of vacation.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Willingness to follow recipes and kitchen standards
  • A positive attitude and island-style work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning according to recipes
  • Set up and stock prep stations with the necessary tools and ingredients
  • Assist line cooks during service as needed
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Label, date, and properly store food items
  • Keep prep areas clean, organized, and ready for action
