About The Position

Job Summary: The purpose of the objective of this safety sensitive position is to prepare and store food, assist with washing dishes and utensils and maintaining sanitary work areas for all aspects of the kitchen through the supervision of the Ex. Chef/Sous Chef.

This is a full time benefited position and will be posted until filled
Salary range is $14.00 -$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Cooks with proper preparation of all food items served (soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, etc.)
• Safe use of kitchen tools and equipment
• Proficient knowledge of ServSafe guidelines
• Ability to assist with preparation of food for all meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner, hors d’oeuvres, buffet, plated, etc.)
• Assist with regular kitchen cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with organization of food deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
