As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for a strict adherence to recipe standards, safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift. You will prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications under the direction of Management. The role also involves knowing the food hierarchy for product storage in walk-in coolers and freezers, and keeping dry storage organized. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing fresh, delicious food that looks great. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant franchise concept featuring authentic Greek recipes, made to order, with only the highest quality ingredients, fresh products, and outstanding hospitality. It was founded by two third-generation restaurateurs with over 30 years in the food and hospitality business, maintaining a tradition of family-style meals prepared with care and love, and the spirit of authentic Mediterranean hospitality where everyone's welcome.
