About The Position

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Prep Cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations.

Requirements

  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish
  • Two to five years cooking experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred
  • Prior hotel and restaurant cooking experience preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred
