About The Position
Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. Around here we say our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. We call it The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International pioneered the idea of casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company also emphasizes helping others through special events and supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, as well as the Brinker Family Fund. The kitchen team, including Prep Cooks, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism, delivering dishes developed by our masterful culinary team in Dallas.
