Position Overview
As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that ingredients are properly prepared and ready for service. Your responsibilities will include chopping, measuring, and organizing food items while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient prep station.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Supporting kitchen staff by ensuring a smooth workflow during service.
• Working efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
