Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Highly mobile and able to move quickly and efficiently throughout their entire shift.
- Physical stamina is also important, as the job often requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift between 25-50 pounds.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Responsibilities
- Preparing menu items as per the given recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
- Completing all assigned prep work efficiently and setting up the workstation.
- Following sanitary and safe food handling practices.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work area before, during, and after each shift.
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
- Verification of stock and setup of equipment
