The position involves following recipes and product directions for proper food preparation, maintaining quality control for all products, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. The role requires transferring supplies and equipment, preparing cooking equipment, and operating various kitchen utensils and equipment. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for receiving and inventorying food and beverage products, cleaning and sanitizing the workstation, and performing any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
