About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Prep Cook and Line Server to join our scratch-cooking team at a beautiful boarding school in Hoosick. Here, you will provide safe, healthy, and varied meals prepared from scratch that reflect the community's tastes and preferences. Requirements

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!

Responsibilities

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
