About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking reliable Prep Cooks for a private school dining hall in Miami, FL. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a full-time position with hourly pay.

Requirements

• Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
• Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
