About The Position

The position involves the preparation of food products made on-site in the restaurant. The role requires adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards, as well as following specific recipe specifications and par levels. The individual will be responsible for various tasks related to food preparation and will need to communicate any issues to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in increased and reduced temperatures
  • Ability to properly read scales, make accurate measurements, temperature readings and follow recipes
  • Ability to perform in protective equipment such as gloves, prep coat, apron, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning, Measuring, Weighing, Labeling and Preparation of food product
  • Upholding highest quality standards for food safety and cleanliness
  • Following strict par levels & recipe specifications
  • Communicating issues to management on a timely basis
  • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager/supervisor on duty
