The Wicked Loon and Downtown Grill are looking for a Prep Cook / Line Cook who is ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow in a busy kitchen. We're open to training the right person - but this is not for someone looking to coast. We want someone dependable, coachable, and ready to show up with a strong work ethic and a real desire to improve. As we head into another busy season in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a kitchen team that moves, communicates, and takes pride in what goes out on the plate. Most importantly, you'll help take the kitchen into service, through service, and out of service - learning how to prep the right way, stay organized during the rush, and close down clean and ready for the next day. This is a chance to learn under an Executive Chef, build real kitchen skills, and grow in a busy restaurant environment. If you want to become a stronger cook, work with a solid team, and earn your way onto the line, this is a great place to do it.
