Join Our Kitchen Team! – Prep Cook / Dishwasher We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our fast-paced and supportive kitchen. If you love food, enjoy working with a team, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you! The Role: As a Prep Cook , you’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect, while also supporting the team with dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.

- Interested in developing kitchen skills or pursuing a culinary path
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food prep, including washing, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep station
- Keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares clean and ready for use
- Help receive and put away deliveries
- Sweep, mop, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
- Support janitorial tasks and deep cleaning projects as needed
- Learn new skills and grow into additional kitchen responsibilities
