Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous line experience required.
  • Prior fine dining experience required.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience.
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work single station in the kitchen.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Work various stations in the kitchen under significant supervision and training.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take direction and perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques.
