About The Position

Angel Eats is our quick bites eatery located between Strikerz Bowling and the River Run Events Center. Requirements

Exceptional guest service skills required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 12 or 13 MAST permit through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.

Nice To Haves

Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
Knowledge of a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation preferred.
Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions desired.
Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment desired.

Responsibilities

Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
Expedites and delivers orders to guest orders, also fills “to go” orders as needed.
Keeps work and service areas stocked, organized, clean, and well maintained.
Learns and communicates menu offerings to guests.
Operates, balances, and reconciles cash till and Point of Sales.
Maintains confidential daily record of tips, as applicable.
Communicates any guest concerns or compliments to a supervisor as soon as possible.
Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines as applicable.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
