POSITION SUMMARY: Provides baked goods and prepped items by preparing and baking menu items according to recipes and brand standards. They lead in maintaining a safe and sanitary food service environment while upholding the core values of S.W.E.E.T. and its mission of promoting brand integrity and quality. Responsibilities

• Responsible for fulfilling the production list given by management, which includes all banana pudding recipes and prep items.
• Demonstrates safe food handling practices and follow safety procedures for using equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Operates and monitors proper functioning of equipment to include mixers, scales and depositors; follows safety procedures for all equipment.
• Maintain quality assurance guidelines and checklists in accordance with all FDA and cGMP standards and checklists updated and noted per assigned area.
• Cleaning BP Team area including walls, tables, all mixers, sweeping and mopping floor.
• Supporting inventory monitoring of recipe components, fillings and other items.
• Communicating with their Production Manager on progress throughout the day.
