Train, guide, and monitor team members to ensure adherence to systems, protocols, and safety standards, delegating tasks effectively. Greet guests, respond to needs, assess satisfaction, and maintain positive guest relations, especially in premium areas. manage daily functions, ensure accurate inventory, handle cash/product control, and enforce sanitation/alcohol service policies.
