About The Position

The Premium Services Runner plays a vital role in supporting premium hospitality operations at Acrisure Arena by ensuring seamless service delivery during events. This fast-paced position requires retrieving food, beverages, and supplies from kitchen and warehouse areas to support club attendants and bartenders in providing exceptional guest experiences. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until June 5, 2026.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations.
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Experience working in arena or large venue environments.
Basic understanding of alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

Retrieve food items, beverages, and supplies from kitchen and warehouse facilities as requested.
Assist Premium Services Supervisor with operational needs during events.
Support club attendants and bartenders by ensuring timely delivery of required items.
Maintain clear communication with team members regarding inventory needs and special requests.
Ensure proper handling and transportation of food and beverage items to maintain quality standards.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Assist with setup and breakdown of premium service areas as needed.
Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent requests during live events.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
