Overview We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the F&B Supervisor to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, y ou will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations. Due to scheduled working hours all applicants must be 18+ . This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments; it involves shifts at evenings and weekends. This role pays an hourly wage of $8 to $10, plus tips. Requirements
- Work independently when required using your own initiative.
- Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
- Food & Bar service e xperience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
- Knowledge of Manchester’s culture, people and F&B high end hospitality scene preferred .
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of serving experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and polite demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with a variety of personalities.
- Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to report to work by 4:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday, and 10am on Sundays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs., work on your feet, and put in a lot of steps.
Responsibilities
- As part of the suites team, set up, serve, and break down all suites.
- Take suite guests’ orders in a timely manner
- Accurately account for all payment transactions.
