The Premium Service Counselor is responsible for driving premium refractive, cataract, and oculoplastics revenue across the Inland Empire Region. This role owns the performance, accountability, and expansion of the Premium Services program by increasing premium lens conversion rates, improving patient consultation effectiveness, and aligning physicians and clinical teams to revenue - focused objectives. This candidate is responsible for providing a positive experience for the patient, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their financial decisions. This is a performance-driven role requiring strong consultative selling skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence clinical and operational stakeholders.
