About The Position

Provides excellent customer service to all guest in premium areas including the club spaces, suites, picnic areas along with VIP areas of the stadium. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and deliver food and beverages promptly adhering to established service protocols Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and notes preferences. Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures Promptly addresses complaints or issues, relays relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keeps area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines Q ualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be 16 years of age or older Must exhibit strong customer service skills and maintain a neat appearance Proven excellent communication skills Must have the ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred; three to six months of experience in food and beverage operations, customer service, or hospitality required. Work Hours Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.
