CINCINNATI OPEN Founded in 1899, the Cincinnati Open is an ATP Masters 1000 and a WTA 1000 tournament that is proudly supported by cornerstone partners Western & Southern Financial Group, Credit One Bank, Procter & Gamble, Great American Insurance Company, Fifth Third and Kroger. The Cincinnati Open most recently welcomed more than 285,000 fans from all 50 states and 65 countries and has been viewed in 187 global markets. With a focus on community, the tournament annually contributes to local charities supporting youth, families, education, health and wellness initiatives. THE ROLE The Premium Sales Representative is responsible for driving new revenue through the sale of premium seating products, including luxury suites, club seats, and VIP hospitality packages for the Cincinnati Open. This role is designed for high-performing sales professionals with a strong sales mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals in a competitive marketplace. Key Focus Areas: Outbound prospecting and networking to identify and engage potential clients. Scheduling and conducting appointments, both virtually and in person. Delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase premium experiences. Building lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting directly to the Director of Premium Sales, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where results and relationships drive success.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Execute face-to-face meetings, both on and off site, to showcase premium seating opportunities and secure commitments.
  • Effectively use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the premium service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Conduct sales conversations via phone, email, text, meetings and other creative means of communication.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, events, and on event days.
  • Responsible for achieving specific levels of sales activity (e.g., calls made, appointments set)
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills to build strong relationships with partners, teammates, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex details across multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire for growth.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and forward-thinking with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Proven ability to meet competing deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and calm under pressure.
  • Track record of success in team-oriented environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with donors and C-level executives.
  • Skilled at generating new business from companies and individuals not currently supporting the Cincinnati Open.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Archtics is preferred.
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience is preferred in sports, entertainment, or a related industry
