About The Position

Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Premium Receivables Representative II to join our team! Provides customer-focused support by handling inbound and outbound phone calls from insureds and agents, responding to inquiries through a Billing Inbox, and assisting customers via online chat to ensure timely and accurate resolution of billing needs. Processes payments from policyholders and agents. Balances daily cash from various sources. Processes and oversees daily invoices and notices for mailing and analyzes payment discrepancies and account inquiries. Analyzes financial data and resolves discrepancies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to operate in a team environment.
