About The Position

Lowry, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking an Audit Reviewer to ensure the accuracy and quality of audits across multiple types—including workers’ compensation and general liability—conducted virtually, physically, or by phone. In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge of audit guidelines and state-specific rules to evaluate completed audits, determine outcomes, and provide mentoring and feedback to support auditor development. The Audit Reviewer plays a key role in maintaining audit integrity, supporting auditor growth, and contributing to the overall success of our audit operations. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of premium insurance audit experience in Worker's Compensation and/or General Liability required
  • A strong understanding of premium audit processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; detail-oriented and accurate
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • WCIRB Certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of PAAS, NCCI, WCIRB, and Nexus (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Achieve individual productivity targets based on audit volume and timeliness
  • Identify auditor trends or recurring issues and share insights to inform training adjustments
  • Maintain accountability for accurate and timely audit reviews
  • Apply manual rules and state-specific standards (e.g., WCIRB, PAAS) using internal systems such as Nexus and the resource library
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to auditors to reduce repeat errors and support professional growth
  • Manage assigned audit queues, meet production goals, and complete urgent or overflow reviews as needed
  • Collaborate with Field Support, QA, and leadership teams to identify training opportunities and support continuous process improvement
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented culture
