About The Position

The position involves setting up and maintaining feast items, taking food and beverage orders from guests, and demonstrating knowledge of menu and feast items. The individual is responsible for ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, maintaining a clean work area, securing payments, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be available to work an irregular schedule
• Must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant
