Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a high-volume food service environment, such as stadium, restaurant, or catering, is preferred.
• Ability to physically carry heavy trays, walk, stand and perform job duties.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards, including proper table setup and food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling and storage of premium food and beverage items.
• Must be able to operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must maintain company enforced uniform policy.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverage orders to premium seating areas, luxury suites, or VIP sections within Hard Rock Stadium.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of premium food items.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure all premium food items are properly prepared, plated, and presented.
• Ability to organize necessary food items based on Banquet Event Orders.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table arrangement, linens, and décor.
• Ability to push hot and cold food items to designated locations and replenish food and beverage items as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food staging areas, delivery trays, and service equipment.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance while interacting with premium guests, providing exceptional customer service.
