Position Summary Oak View Group's hospitality division is searching for people to join our team at an exclusive Dining & Entertainment experience in Augusta, Georgia Tuesday April 5th through Saturday April 11th. This fine dining concept is seeking hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and guest experience. As a valuable addition to our team, you must ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate and have a commanding knowledge about food, wine, and service in general. These individuals will be the key points of contact for guests throughout their dining experience and must have the ability to work well with the team and provide the utmost level of hospitality to our guests. This is a seasonal role from April 5, 2026 and will end on April 11, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $25.00. This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.

Requirements

  • Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 20 lbs.
  • Transportation provided from central location on University of South Carolina campus
  • Must be able to work all five days, including attending education on Tuesday April 7th

Responsibilities

  • Providing world-class Food and Beverage service to our guests
  • Maintaining and following the sequence of service standards
  • Serve with a professional demeanor and going beyond service expectations to elevate the experience for each guest
  • Illustrate a passion for hospitality while providing the highest levels of service with a smile
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
  • Ensures that food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen.
  • Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spillover.
  • Bus tables as needed
  • Receive and greet members' guests; assist with seating if necessary.
  • Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction and resolve guest issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Communicate with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff in order to ensure proper and timely service.
