Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in sales, home services, design consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-moving, appointment-driven schedule
  • Reliable transportation for in-home appointments across North Denver Metro & surrounding areas
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends according to homeowner availability

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home and virtual design consultations with homeowners
  • Evaluate project spaces, recommend coating systems, and present tailored options
  • Deliver highly accurate on-site and digital project estimates
  • Guide homeowners through a white-glove, premium consultative process
  • Confidently close sales using Spartan’s proven value-forward presentation
  • Engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify and schedule consultations
  • Manage active opportunities through Spartan’s CRM (training provided)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using Spartan’s proven cadence
  • Conduct warm outbound calls to nurture previous inquiries and re-engage quotes
  • Hit weekly targets for appointments, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Work closely with Spartan operations and install teams to ensure accurate job scoping
  • Represent the Spartan brand with professionalism in every interaction
  • Participate in territory engagement activities, home shows, and local events (optional)
  • Uphold Spartan’s commitment to elite craftsmanship and 5-star service
