About The Position
The Premium Seating Department is dedicated to providing world-class service and delivering unique experiences and benefits to Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth premium ticket holders. The Premium Experience Intern should expect to assist in furthering the mission of the department and learn aspects of sports and event management, client hospitality, relationship management, and service strategies. The Premium Seating Intern should expect to work primarily at South Town Office during office hours and at Delta Center during Jazz and Mammoth games and events as assigned by the Directors and Account Managers in the department. Specific assignments will be determined by the intern’s direct supervisor at the time of hire. Expected hours will range between 9am-5pm on non-game days and three hours prior to tip-off through the end of the game on game days, totaling 29 hours per week. The position is expected to begin in July and continue through the full Utah Jazz Basketball season and Utah Mammoth Hockey season, including post season playoffs games, potentially through the end of June 2026.
