About The Position

The San Francisco Giants are looking for Premium Concierge, who will have the unique opportunity to: prepare Luxury Suites, The Gotham Club, Cloud Club and all other Premium Spaces before gates open to the public, greet clients as they arrive, check in members at host stands, and troubleshoot any ticket or premium related problems or requests throughout the game. Concierge may encounter situations that require quick thinking and service-oriented resolutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to provide personalized, customer-oriented service to our premium clients and private club members at all Giants home games and/or other ballpark events. This position will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights and weekends according to the Giants home schedule.
  • Must be available for AT LEAST 80% of all Giants home games.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, courteous and complete service of requests from premium clientele, including communicating Oracle Park guidelines, procedures and newsworthy information.
  • Develop rapport and positive relationships with premium clients and their guests.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of all premium spaces policies and procedures, food and beverage offerings in each venue, and upcoming events; accurately communicating this information to clientele.
  • Prepare Luxury Suites,The Gotham Club, Cloud Club, Premium Spaces and surrounding areas by setting up furniture for full operation prior to guests' arrival with close attention to detail (including private events, concerts, etc.).
  • Prepare Club venues prior to opening, greet and check in members and guests, develop detailed knowledge of Club membership policies and procedures, manage dining room reservations, assist with select non-gameday events and more
  • Monitor The Gotham Game Room and ensure proper functioning of games and equipment; communicating issues immediately.
  • Provide customized service to regular guests by being proactive with their requests & attending to their recurring needs.
  • Consistently find ways to go above and beyond the service standards to provide ‘wow’ moments for our premium clients, including celebrating special moments, including: birthdays, anniversaries & achievements.
  • Be the eyes and ears on the premium levels to better understand client preferences and needs daily.
