Nature of Work: Customer Service for Guests. Problem solving potential ticketing issues, Greet, assist, and aid fans with any questions or concerns regarding their experience. Examples of work performed: 50% Ball Arena Event attendance per month. Serve as Theatre Box and Club Level Concierges; greet, check-in, and answer questions for guests. Serve as a concierge for all Premium spaces within Ball Arena such a Suites, Theater Boxes, Club Lexus, etc. Assist Business Development leadership and staff with any issues within designated spaces Provide Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service to all guests during events. Respond to all incoming inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests. Understand the policies and procedures for Ball Arena premium ticketing areas. Other duties as assigned per event.
