About The Position

This part time event-based position will accept applications until 10/24/25 or until filled. $27hr The Premium Club Supervisor position is responsible for supporting Lexus Club, Points Bet and In-Seat operations for the Legends Premium Service department.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 years experience and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with open availability for all events scheduled
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Must have two (2) to three (3) years’ supervisory experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Inputting daily event sheets and daily reports
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff
  • Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas
  • Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Yellow Dog inventory program
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
  • Know the layout of the bars, suites, in-seat and restaurant area where you are working
  • Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations
  • Assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within arena
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations
  • Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported
  • Other duties as assigned
