About The Position

Summary: As a Premium Club Supervisor at Boise Athletic Club, you play a key leadership role in delivering an elevated hospitality experience within our premium club spaces. You will oversee premium service operations, support and guide team members, and ensure Levy’s standards for hospitality, food safety, and responsible alcohol service are consistently upheld. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining efficient service and strong team collaboration during events and daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Stong guest service and hospitality mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and life up to 40lbs
• Must obtain valid food handlers certification
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as scheduled
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within premium club dining and hospitality areas.
• Support and guide premium team members including servers and bussers
• Ensure premium areas are properly set up, stocked, and service-ready prior to events
• Monitor service flow to ensure efficient, professional guest service
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets Levy's quality and hospitality standards
• Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe premium service areas
• Assist with staff assignments, breaks, and service coordination during events
• Communicate with culinary, warehouse, and concessions teams to support smooth operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and service breakdown
• Promote a positive team culture focussed on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
